OnlyBills Privacy Policy

The short version
We never show a name together with an address. If you add a photo, crop out your name, address and account numbers first; we reject photos that show personal details. Your payment details are only shown to supporters who have paid the fee, and every bank-details view is logged.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, and when you sign in or create an account. If you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your Google account’s email address and a Google account identifier (scopes: openid and email). We don’t receive your Google password, contacts or other Google data.
- Posts: what you post (description, amount, the payment link or details you provide for supporters, and any photo you upload).
- Payments: fee amounts, status and receipts. Card payments are handled by SumUp; we never see or store your full card number.
- Safety and security: a one-way hash of your IP address (for rate limits and abuse prevention), sign-in session records, reports, and a log of every payment-details view.
- ID checks: if a larger gift needs an ID check, the result of that check.
How we use it
To run OnlyBills: sign you in, show and review posts, unlock payment details after a fee is paid, send sign-in codes and receipts by email, prevent fraud and abuse, and answer your messages. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site: Cloudflare (hosting, database and bot protection), SumUp (card payments, processed by Tapboost), Resend (sending email) and Google (only if you choose Google sign-in). Supporters who pay the fee see the poster’s payment details. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep account and post data while your account is active and as long as we need it for payments, refunds, safety and legal reasons. Sign-in codes expire quickly.
Cookies
We use a necessary sign-in cookie and a short-lived cookie that protects Google sign-in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account by emailing hello@onlybills.co.
