OnlyBills Terms of Service

The short version
OnlyBills introduces people who need help with a bill to people who want to help. Supporters pay a small fee on top (£1 flat up to £10, then 10%), then pay the poster directly. OnlyBills never holds gift money.
Who can use OnlyBills
Anyone, anywhere, can sign up with an email address or with Google. You must give accurate information and keep your account secure.
The fee
The OnlyBills fee (added on top: £1 flat fee up to £10, then 10% — e.g. £1 gift + £1 = £2, £10 gift + £1 = £11, £20 gift + £2 = £22) pays for an introduction: access to this person's payment details and your place on the leaderboard. It doesn't guarantee they receive or use the money — you pay them directly, and OnlyBills never holds it. The fee is never less than £1. It’s processed by Tapboost through SumUp and shows as TAPBOOST on your bank statement.
When the service is provided
The service is provided immediately: the payment details unlock as soon as your fee payment is confirmed. Your receipt shows the time the details were unlocked.
Your right to cancel
Before you pay, you ask for access straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the details are shown. You can’t pay without ticking that box.
Refunds
Refunds: you get the fee back if the details are never shown to you, if we remove the post (for example it turns out to be fake), or if the poster’s payment details don’t work. Otherwise the fee is non-refundable once the details are shown. Gifts are payments between people, so we can’t refund or reverse them.
Posting
Posting is free and posters keep everything supporters send. Posts don’t have to be a formal bill, but they must be genuine. A human reviews every post, and we remove fake or abusive posts and may ban the account. Don’t show your name and address together, and crop personal details out of photos.
Limits and ID checks
Gifts are capped per bill, and larger gifts need a one-off ID check. The current limits are shown in the app and the FAQ.
Reporting
Open a bill and tap 🚩 Report to tell us about impersonation, deception or a scam. A human checks every report.
Privacy
We never show a name together with an address. Payment details are only shown to supporters who have paid the fee. See our Privacy Policy.
